New Home

So two weeks ago we did it. We finally bought a house. So we had been looking for about 3 weeks and had seen a few we liked. On the 2nd week we found a beautiful home that had just been reduced so it was in our price range. We wanted to put an offer on it. So we did but we were competing against 2 other offers so we decided that we would put in our offer, if we didn't get then we would just keep looking. That night we got a call to let us know the declined our offer. We were pretty let down but knew we would find something again. So a week later we went back and looked at about 10 homes. We recieved a call and were told that the home we put an offer on was back on the market. Both of the other offers financing didn't go through. We continued looking and found 2 homes that we really liked but they were a bit more pricey. We decided we were gonna put an offer on one particular home. Before we went back to the office we decided to just take one more look at the home we had already offered on. We did, and as soon as we walked in, we knew we had to have that house. SO we went to the office and put another offer on that house. WE GOT IT. It was closed 3 days later. We are so excited and what a blessing that is. So now we are moving next weekend, Into our own home!
